About Us
"After decades working within the world of luxury fashion, I have developed a deep sensitivity for materials, details, and the stories objects carry. Over time, I began collecting rare vintage elements — fragments of the past marked by craftsmanship, use, and memory. Through my Art of Newcycling, these materials are not reproduced or replaced. They are reinterpreted, transformed, and composed into one-of-a-kind creations that bridge heritage and a contemporary vision."
L.Kuster - Founder and CEO of KUSTT
My journey spans leading luxury houses across Europe and the United States, including Louis Vuitton (Marc Jacobs’ runway design team, Paris), Jimmy Choo (London), Agnona (Milan), Tamara Mellon (New York), Schiaparelli (Paris), Karl Lagerfeld (Holland), among others. KUSTT was born from this experience — not as a brand of production, but as a personal and creative continuation of years spent shaping luxury at its highest level.
After many years designing

AT KUSTT, we aren't manufacturers of new goods.
Our role is to explore, locate and unearth.
Synthesizing contemporary
methods with traditional craftmanship,
we deconstruct, contribute and evolve.
Every item is procured conscientiously, guaranteeing
that no fresh resources are generated
or squandered during the operation.
Our objective is to honour the allure intrinsic in
pre-existing raw materials by rejuvenating them,
espousing both sustainability and innovation
within every singular handbag.

Every creation offers a glimpse into our creative process. Elements are meticulously chosen, tested, and reimagined — vintage bags, materials, and hardware brought together through experimentation and precision. This approach allows us to push the boundaries of craftsmanship while preserving authenticity. Each piece embodies a dialogue between past and present, shaped quietly, deliberately, and without repetition. Fragments of the past, made present.

This image captures the essence
of our approach, blending elements of vintage bags, experiments with materials and hardware, all brought together to breathe life into our unique creation.
This is how we push boundaries of craftmanship to create pieces that embody both the past and the present, while inspiring the future of sustainable fashion.
